Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Eight+ years of distribution, logistics, or supply chain experience with third-party partner management.
• Experience in foodservice, grocery or multi-unit retail distribution preferred.
• Proven ability to navigate disruption and maintain store service levels.
• Strong grasp of distribution economics, including costs and inventory turns.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory storage and freight flow from McLane to stores on time and on budget.
• Own all-in distribution cost across the network and manage partner performance.
• Provide oversight of inbound freight cost, routing, and carrier performance.
• Lead weekly/monthly operating cadence with the partner and drive action closure.
• Build distribution performance reporting for senior leadership.
• Navigate disruptions and lead contingency planning to protect service levels.
• Collaborate with finance on budget, forecasting, and variance explanations.
