Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain.
• 8+ years in distribution, logistics, or supply chain with direct third-party partner ownership.
• Experience in foodservice, grocery retail, or multi-unit distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory storage and freight flow from McLane to stores, ensuring partner executes Hana’s plan on time and on budget.
• Own all-in distribution cost across the network, including partner markup and fees, and deliver to or below budget.
• Provide oversight of inbound freight, including cost, routing, and carrier performance.
• Establish performance targets and SLAs with the distribution partner and hold them accountable.
• Lead the weekly and monthly operating cadence with the partner, including reviews and action closure.
• Manage" day-to-day McLane relationship as primary contact with clear expectations.
• Build distribution performance reporting for leadership visibility on service, cost, and risk.
