Qualifications

• 15+ years of leading a distribution center or operational warehouse.
• Experience with DC startups and warehouse technology.
• BS in Logistics, Operations Management, or Engineering preferred.
• Extensive cross-channel retail leadership with $7-10 MM+ annual sales experience.
• Experience managing store operations to meet sales and service goals.
• Experience developing financial and business plans for large retail organizations.
• Knowledge of multi-channel retailing and distribution processes.
