REI Co-op is seeking a Sr. Operations Specialist to guide the store to operational excellence. This role acts as the store's Swiss Army Knife, sharing knowledge with customers and supporting the management team with daily office duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or office environment (preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to accept feedback and adapt to business needs.
• Analytical thinking and sound judgment to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and reconciles operational business expenses.
• Mentors and supports operations and sales staff as needed.
• Manages office supply inventory within assigned budget.
• Assists with hiring, HR documentation, and store-file maintenance.
• Coordinates the Safety Committee, Product Quality issues, and Loss Prevention standards.
