Job summary

Warren Equipment Company seeks a Director, Digital Strategy & Transformation to lead enterprise digital transformation across business units and locations, shaping the roadmap and driving data-driven insights for growth.

You will advise executive leadership, manage a portfolio of digital initiatives, and ensure ROI while advancing ERP/CRM and eCommerce capabilities. This role emphasizes governance, change management, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer value and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, marketing, data and analytics, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including at least 5 years leading enterprise transformation and digital strategy.
• Experience developing business cases, prioritizing investments, and measuring ROI and benefits realization.
• Experience with ERP, CRM environments, eCommerce, process optimization, data-driven decision making.
• Graduate degree or relevant certification in change management, project management, data and analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise digital strategy: Develop, maintain, and communicate a multi-year digital strategy and prioritized roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Executive advisory and enterprise alignment: Serve as trusted advisor to executive leadership on digital strategy and transformation.
• Transformation portfolio leadership: Lead a coordinated portfolio of digital initiatives with business case development and benefits realization.
• Financial accountability and value realization: Develop digital business cases, budgets, and ROI tracking.
• Emerging technology and AI: Evaluate AI, automation, predictive analytics to improve performance and value.
• Business systems adoption: Drive ERP/CRM/eCommerce adoption and related capabilities across functions.
• Customer experience: Improve digital touchpoints and strengthen adoption of digital solutions.
• Operational efficiency: Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and optimize processes.
• Connected assets and data: Advance asset connectivity and data-driven decision making.
