Job summary

Dynamic Technology Solutions is seeking a Director of Digital Technology to lead the adoption of digital solutions that automate business operations and the customer experience. You will spearhead a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with a 3-year growth plan and manage the technology team to achieve objectives.

The role includes ERP (Acumatica) support, system enhancements, and driving operational excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in technology, engineering or related fields.
• 7–10 years of experience in technology, information systems or related fields.
• Experience with ERP systems and ability to teach teammates to use the system effectively.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, recommend, and implement digital and technology system enhancements to drive operational excellence.
• Provide ERP (Acumatica) support and training to all departments.
• Drive OTIF, quality, safety, efficiencies and cost effectiveness for technology responsibilities.
• Establish performance metrics and dashboards to monitor progress across departments.
