Job summary

Translate operational needs into scalable solutions, drive value, and align with enterprise architecture while partnering with executive leaders.
Reporting to the CIO, you will manage managers, engineers, analysts, and vendors, establish Agile/DevOps standards, ensure HIPAA/NIST compliance, and deliver dashboards and data models
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Info Systems or related field.
- 8+ years in software development, digital solutions, analytics, or tech management.
- 5+ years in leadership with coaching and accountability responsibility.
- Proven success in enterprise app development, analytics, dashboards, and automation.
- Ability to translate needs into strategic roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year digital solutions and analytics roadmap aligned with goals.
- Define measurable outcomes and communicate progress and risks.
- Oversee development, integration, automation, testing, and deployment.
- Establish Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, QA, and release standards.
- Ensure scalable, secure, compliant solutions aligned with architecture.
- Deliver dashboards and self-service analytics for trusted decisions.
- Manage vendors, budgets, and contracts with adherence to timelines.
