Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 18+ years of overall IT experience driving end-to-end transformation.
• Minimum 6+ years leading enterprise integration initiatives (API, middleware, EDI).
• Minimum 8+ years of direct people leadership with prior management responsibilities.
• SAP Activate or Safe Agile certification preferred.
• Experience collaborating with offshore development teams and vendors.
• ITIL certification or equivalent knowledge strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA transformation and integration initiatives.
• Direct program governance, budgets, milestones, and risk management.
• Oversee multiple teams and vendor partners to deliver on strategic roadmaps.
• Establish ITIL-aligned service management with SLAs and KPIs.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing delivery organization.
