Job summary

Chabad on Campus International (COCI) in Brooklyn, NY seeks a Director of Digital Technology to own and elevate our digital products and platforms. This leadership role shapes strategy, aligns cross-functional teams, and guides a portfolio of SaaS tools from vision through execution.

You will champion user needs, oversee budgets, manage external partners, and stay ahead of AI trends to keep us mission-driven and impactful across our campus network.

Qualifications

• Leadership of digital products or technology—as a product manager or technology leader who has overseen software and digital tools.
• Track record in sales, partnerships, or customer-facing roles with a feel for user needs.
• Experience managing people and/or external technology partners.
• Affinity for our mission and the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

• Translate organizational vision into a clear, actionable plan and oversee its execution end-to-end.
• Understand our users deeply, advocate for their needs, and sell them on the value of our technology.
• Gather feedback, resolve issues quickly, and bring strategic patterns back to senior leadership.
• Set priorities across products and projects based on urgency and value.
• Stay current on technology and AI trends and bring forward-looking ideas.
• Steward the digital budget and articulate the value of investments.
• Represent our digital vision credibly to partners, funders, and stakeholders.
