Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in communications, marketing, or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong digital fluency with email and collaboration tools.
• Experience owning projects end to end and delivering results.
• Familiarity with marketing funnels, audience segmentation, or analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the communications funnel across email and other channels with a clear purpose, audience, and measurement.
• Consolidate updates into sharper, better-timed messages; reduce noise.
• Write, edit, and ship communications independently and accurately.
• Move audiences to act—register, participate, and engage with our tools; measure outcomes.
• Collaborate across departments to translate needs into effective communications.
