Job summary

The Orthodox Union (OU) in New York City is seeking a Director of Programs Technology to lead the technology team responsible for planning, building, delivering, and supporting digital solutions across OU programs. Reporting to the CIO, you will guide initiatives from intake through release while aligning with organizational priorities.

Qualifications

Experience leading technology teams in delivery-focused environments.
Proven track record managing projects from concept to support.
Ability to translate organizational needs into technical solutions.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and release management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
