Sarepta is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to lead strategy and execution across brand, disease education, patient, caregiver, and HCP initiatives. Drive engagement on social, websites, paid media, search, and analytics while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, partnering with Brand Marketing, Regulatory, Medical, Legal, and agency partners to drive commercial objectives and audience engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 10+ years of digital marketing experience in biotechnology/pharma/healthcare.
• Experience developing and executing integrated digital marketing programs in regulated environments.
• Rare disease marketing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies for brand, disease education, patient, caregiver, and HCP objectives.
• Lead paid and organic social media programs, including planning, creation, publishing, moderation, engagement, and reporting.
• Create and manage digital content across social channels, websites, and email campaigns.
• Maintain editorial calendars, governance, workflows, and publishing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive awareness, education, and engagement.
