Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years in digital or performance marketing with ownership of strategy and budget.
• Automotive retail or high-volume lead gen experience strongly preferred; multi-location experience required.
• Experience managing external agencies and vendors with accountability for results.
• Hands-on in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, including account structure and diagnosis.
• Knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console and tag management.
• CRM experience including campaign build, segmentation and reporting.
• Strong spreadsheet skills; reconciles budgets, invoices and leads monthly.
• Clear written communication and documenting decisions to hold partners accountable.

Responsibilities

• Own digital marketing performance across the dealership portfolio and drive traffic, leads and cost efficiency.
• Set strategy and manage agencies and technology vendors delivering the plan.
• Lead budget allocation by store and channel, with optimization for lead targets.
• Oversee website performance, conversion rate optimization and digital retailing flow.
• Manage CRM campaigns, audience segmentation and performance reporting.
• Coordinate OEM programs, co-op claims, and vendor compliance.
• Deliver monthly store/channel reporting and executive insights.
• Lead and mentor team members to meet objectives.
