Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a senior product leader to define the strategy and multi-year roadmap for digital growth across customer journeys, including owned sites, B2B procurement ecosystems and marketplaces. The role demands strong analytical and business skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and translate insights into measurable business outcomes.

It reports to the Senior Director, Digital Product Management and sits within the Digital Customer Experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8-10+ years of relevant experience in digital product management or digital commerce.
• Ownership of complex product portfolios with measurable commercial outcomes.
• Experience defining product strategy and roadmaps across large-scale digital ecosystems.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive decisions in matrix organizations.
• Strong analytical, financial and business-case development skills.
• Excellent executive communication across commercial, customer and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy and multi-year roadmap for digital growth across the customer journey.
• Identify high-value opportunities to increase digital demand, adoption, and revenue.
• Translate insights into scalable product experiences across owned sites, procurement ecosystems and marketplaces.
• Lead cross-functional teams and present investment tradeoffs to senior executives with clarity.
