Double Good in Chicago is seeking a Head of Partnerships, Education to lead our diamond segment (baseball and softball) end to end, building strategic partnerships with leagues, districts, and organizers. You will set the segment strategy, manage relationships, lead a Market Development Manager, and drive education fundraising growth across national and regional partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years working in or selling into the youth baseball and softball ecosystem.
• Established relationships in US youth baseball and softball with leagues and districts.
• Understanding of governance, funding, and buying timelines in youth sports.

Responsabilités

• Own diamond segment strategy and end-to-end leadership.
• Build and manage education growth plan with monthly/weekly rhythm.
• Identify and win regional, state, and national partners.
• Own Donate Joy education outreach and partner personas/messages.
• Coordinate events and ROI analysis for key diamond events.
• Lead and coach the Market Development Manager.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue Ops, and Customer Success.
• Represent Double Good publicly via speaking, social, and success stories.
