Job summary

Logicbroker, Inc. is seeking a DevOps Manager to own the delivery, reliability, and health of the DevOps and Infrastructure team responsible for the cloud platform powering all Logicbroker and Virtualstock services.

You will lead production Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, and high-scale environments with 100M+ monthly requests. As a player-coach, you’ll own delivery, mentor engineers, and contribute hands-on when needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing engineers or equivalent
• 5+ years in DevOps, site reliability, or infrastructure engineering
• Production Kubernetes experience; EKS is preferred
• Ownership of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
• Experience designing an on-call rotation that a small team can sustain

Responsibilities

• Own delivery for the team. Turn roadmap priorities into a sequenced plan.
• Run hiring, onboarding, 1:1s, performance management, and career growth for every engineer.
• Shield the team’s focus time and redirect interrupt-driven requests.
• Report capacity honestly in planning and push back on unrealistic asks.
• Act as first escalation point for delivery risk, interpersonal issues, and technical disagreements.
