Job summary

Joblogic is hiring a DevOps Engineer to own deployment, security, and cost across Azure, AWS, and Databricks. You’ll run production Linux fleets, build robust CI/CD pipelines, and manage ML model training and serving in a fast‑growing SaaS platform.

You’ll collaborate with AI, data, and product teams to ensure reliable, scalable delivery of AI agent platforms used by thousands of field‑service businesses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running production Linux fleets (Ubuntu, RHEL)
• Configuration management with Ansible at fleet scale
• Fluent Bash and Python; debugging from logs and metrics
• Strong Azure experience: container hosting, Key Vault, VMs, RBAC
• Infrastructure as code (Bicep/Terraform)
• AWS experience: EC2, VPC, S3, CloudWatch
• Containers and release engineering with zero‑downtime deploys
• OpenTelemetry observability into Application Insights or Grafana
• Define SLIs/SLOs and run blameless incident reviews
• MLOps fundamentals: model registry and GPU training orchestration
• LLMOps: online evaluation, routing and quotas across providers
• Security: least privilege, secretless auth, auditability
• Committed to continuous learning and cross‑functional collaboration
• Strong communicator with Jira/Slack usage
• Creative thinker aligned with current tech trends

Responsibilities

• Run the Linux fleet across Azure and AWS and manage backups and patches
• Own CI/CD pipelines for Python/React estate including migrations and rollbacks
• Gate and promote agent versions with release gates and one‑click rollback
• Operate multi‑provider LLM path with cost and latency monitoring
• Build training‑to‑serving path for ML/vision models and manage GPU training
• Administer Databricks workspaces, Unity Catalog, and usage policies
• Build observability: OpenTelemetry to Application Insights and alerting
• Unify the control plane for patching, inventory, and baselines
• Own identity: managed identities and secret rotation
• Own continuity and disaster recovery planning and testing
• Own reliability: incident response and blameless reviews
