S&P Global seeks a senior technology leader to guide the Developer Experience and Product Enablement portfolio within Enterprise Technology & Platforms in New York. You will own the enterprise toolchain, align product and engineering roadmaps, and partner with divisional CTOs to improve developer productivity and governance.

The role demands 15+ years of leadership in large-scale platforms, expertise in CI/CD and cloud tooling, and a track record building global teams across engineering,

Qualifications

Over 15 years of progressive technology leadership.
Experience leading enterprise developer platforms.
Experience consolidating toolchains across units.
Has rolled out AI-assisted development tooling.
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Set the enterprise Developer Experience and Product Enablement strategy, vision, roadmap, operating model, and investment priorities.
Own the full lifecycle of enterprise software development platforms and tools, including source control, CI/CD, and developer environments.
Own the full lifecycle of enterprise product management platforms and tools, including roadmapping, requirements, design, and analytics.
Connect the two halves into a single PDLC, ensuring traceability from customer insight to release and outcomes.
Build a scalable, governed portfolio with clear ownership, SLAs, and adoption goals.
Lead a global organization spanning platform engineering, product, operations, design, and analytics.
