Job summary

S&P Global is seeking an experienced enterprise technology leader to define and drive the Developer Experience and Product Enablement strategy across global teams. You will own the full lifecycle of enterprise development platforms, drive governance and tool standardization, and manage a high-impact, globally distributed organization.

Qualifications

• Proven enterprise technology leadership with large-scale platforms.
• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership, globally scalable engineering platforms.
• Own tooling decisions across teams with CTO-aligned trade-offs.
• Direct ownership of modern SDLC platforms: design, source control, CI/CD, build systems.
• Consolidated overlapping toolchains across business units without interrupting delivery.
• Led AI-assisted development tooling at scale with governance and IP guardrails.
• Built and led globally distributed teams spanning platform engineering, product, and analytics.
• Excellent executive communication translating tech complexity into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and roadmap for enterprise developer experience and product enablement.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise software development platforms and tools.
• Align governance, tooling standards, and investments with CIO leadership and divisional CTOs.
• Consolidate fragmented toolchains and drive migrations with minimal disruption.
• Lead the organization across platform engineering, PM, developer support, and analytics.
