Job summary

- 3-5 years of people management across onsite and offshore resources.
Responsibilities
- Direct software lifecycle management and operational support to align with business needs and strategy.
- Lead a portfolio of development, enhancements, and maintenance projects to successful completion, balancing quality, schedule, and cost.
- Oversee 8-10 developers, managers and operations staff, including contracted and vendor resources.
- Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and SMEs to produce end-to-end solution options.
- Drive integration and collaboration across development and operations teams for high-quality products.
