Job summary

Coinspaid Dev is seeking a Director of Technology Operations to lead a ~150-person tech organization through a major operating-model transformation. You will drive ownership, platform engineering, automation and operational excellence across Platform/DevOps, Corporate IT and Operational Excellence.

You will manage through Heads and Leads, shaping a scalable, resilient organization while eliminating manual toil and aligning with risk, security and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in technology operations or related functions.
• Experience as a manager of managers across multiple teams.
• Proven track record in transforming operating models and scaling teams.
