Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certifications a plus.
• 7–10+ years in fundraising analytics, development operations, or nonprofit data/BI.
• Hands-on experience delivering executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and self-service reporting.
• Experience leading analytics through platform migrations or major system transformations.
• Healthcare, academic medical center, or higher education fundraising analytics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define analytics strategy and roadmap in partnership with senior leaders.
• Lead BI and performance reporting design for dashboards, KPI scorecards, and official reporting.
• Oversee analytics for donor journey design, portfolio optimization, and ROI analyses.
• Manage data modeling, validation, and data governance aligned with donor privacy.
• Build and lead a high-performing analytics team and promote data-driven culture.
