- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 12+ years in real estate development, owner’s representation or related advisory services; 2+ years in management.
- Experience delivering ground-up development, redevelopment, and capital improvement projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of project and development professionals.
- Direct complex development projects from due diligence through activation and stabilization.
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and delivery planning.
- Provide fiduciary oversight of project finances including cash flow and reporting.
- Drive business development and client relationship management across markets.
