Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Twelve or more years of related experience with 2+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients to ensure delivery of project management services and objectives.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and cost reports.
• Oversee due diligence, programming, design, entitlements, bidding, and procurement.
• Supervise design teams, schedule creation/management, and vendor selection.
• Lead multi-site capital improvement programs with on-site supervision and risk management.
• Contribute to business development and client opportunity identification.
