Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of fundraising experience.
• Proven grant writing and major gift experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify donor prospects and cultivate relationships.
• Expand relationships with donors to maximize long-term engagement and investment.
• Draft winning grant proposals aligned with Hildebrand’s priorities.
• Manage grant tracking and reporting for compliance.
• Plan and oversee fundraising campaigns, events, and digital appeals.
• Drive major gift strategies to increase overall giving.
• Collaborate with leadership on annual development goals.
• Draft internal and external communications to raise Hildebrand’s profile.
• Maintain donor records and analyze fundraising data.
