Job summary

Storm4 is seeking a Head of Development to own the data center portfolio from site strategy to customer delivery. You will drive growth, engage with the CEO and founders, and shape the company’s strategic direction in AI infrastructure.

You will lead complex programs, manage budgets, and build scalable teams across national markets while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with utilities, authorities, and customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering large-scale data center or infrastructure projects.
• Experience taking projects from concept through construction and commissioning.
• Strong commercial acumen with contract, vendor, and partnerships negotiations.
• Deep understanding of power infrastructure and development processes.
• Proven ability to manage large budgets, schedules, contractors, and customer commitments.

The Opportunity

As Head of Development, you'll own the whole data center portfolio from initial site strategy through customer engagement, construction execution and delivering the final product directly to the customer.

You'll work directly alongside the CEO and founders to drive company strategy, evaluate new markets, secure infrastructure, shape customer commitments, and build a scalable development organization capable of supporting aggressive national growth.

This is a high-impact, highly visible leadership role with the autonomy to make critical decisions and the opportunity to influence the direction of the business for years to come.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end development and delivery of next-generation AI and data center infrastructure projects

What We're Looking For
