Storm4 is seeking a VP, Preconstruction to lead commercial and preconstruction strategy across a portfolio of hyperscale AI-driven data center developments in North America. You will influence early planning, procurement, cost management, and executive decisions, delivering multi-billion-dollar programs.

This highly visible role reports to the C-suite and offers national remote work with significant growth potential as the AI infra buildout accelerates across major markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in preconstruction, estimating, or large-scale infrastructure delivery.
• Deep budgeting, procurement, forecasting, cost management, and contract strategy expertise.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and managing senior stakeholders.
• Track record on projects valued from hundreds of millions to multi-billion dollars.
• Executive presence with ownership and decision-making authority.

The Opportunity

This is one of the most influential preconstruction leadership positions in the data center industry.

As VP, Preconstruction, you will lead commercial and preconstruction strategy across a portfolio of hyperscale and AI-driven developments valued in the billions of dollars. You'll influence everything from early-stage planning and procurement strategy through cost management, design collaboration, executive decision-making, and project execution.

Working directly with senior leadership, you'll play a critical role in shaping how some of North America's largest and most advanced data center campuses are delivered.
