Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in design, art direction, or multidisciplinary creative leadership.
• World-class portfolio across creative, content and experiences.
• Senior design leadership roles (Executive Creative Director, Design Director or equivalent).
• Recognition through industry awards (D&D, Cannes Lions, The One Show, ADC, AIGA).
• Experience leading design across high-velocity outputs and flagship work.
• Proven track record building design practices, systems and teams.
• Excellent taste and ability to explain design success or failure.

Responsibilities

• Lead design from early development through final execution across Adobe Creative, content and experiences.
• Set art direction and craft for global campaigns, product launches and live events.
• Develop and scale design frameworks, tools and workflows, including AI-enabled processes.
• Translate brand identity into distinctive, adaptable creative expression.
• Direct agencies and collaborators from an internal Adobe perspective.
• Ensure external work meets the same internal quality standards.
