Job summary

Cogent is building the revenue engine for autonomous cyber defense, and we are hiring a Performance Marketing Lead to build the digital demand engine that turns the right audiences, messages, and moments into sales-qualified pipeline. This role sits on the Growth team and partners closely with Demand Generation, Content, Product Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, RevOps, and agency partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or a technical domain.
• Hands-on experience with paid search, paid social, retargeting, webinars, landing pages, nurture, and attribution.
• Strong analytical instincts with ability to explain outcomes and next steps.
• Comfort with key marketing tools and tech stack (HubSpot, GA4, GTM, ads platforms).
• AI-native approach to rapid experimentation and program scale.

Responsibilities

• Build digital pipeline through paid programs (search, social, webinars) and conversion optimization.
• Own landing pages, forms, CTAs, routing, and SEO/AEO collaboration to drive pipeline.
• Run webinars and digital programs from promotion to follow-up, aligning with cross-functional partners.
• Create nurture and audience activation programs and partner with SDRs for follow-up plays.
• Own measurement, campaign ops, attribution, and weekly reporting with RevOps.
