• Ability to balance delivery urgency with long-term platform investment

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and grow a team of software and data engineers
• Define the technical roadmap for data transformation and pipeline infrastructure
• Partner with analytics, product, and platform stakeholders to align on data needs
• Drive reliability, quality, and scalability of data movement and processing systems
• Own hiring, onboarding, and performance development for the team
• Review designs and code to maintain architectural standards
