Job summary

ComPsych in the United States is seeking a Senior Director of Data to own data strategy, analytics, data governance, and AI enablement, and to partner with leaders across the company to improve how data informs operational and strategic decisions.

You will modernize the platform, migrate from legacy tools to Databricks and Power BI, build a data science function, and grow a high-performing team of data professionals while establishing governance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data engineering or analytics leadership.
• 4+ years managing teams through significant change.
• Experience migrating legacy platforms to cloud data stacks.
• Hands-on or architectural Databricks and Power BI experience.
• Strong fundamentals in data governance, architecture, and modeling.
• Excellent communication to senior and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and own data strategy roadmap with multi-year plan.
• Modernize platform and retire legacy tools like Crystal Reports and Oracle.
• Build data connectivity across the company with governance and quality controls.
• Create a data science function and partner with product and engineering.
• Grow and shape a team of reporting and analytics engineers.
• Collaborate with leaders to drive data-informed decisions.
