Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Analytics/Engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years in analytics, BI, data architecture, data management, or related technology roles.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise analytics solutions and data products.
• Strong understanding of conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling.
• Experience with cloud-based data and analytics platforms.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable analytics and data solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise analytics solutions that support operational, financial, and strategic decision‑making.
• Translate business needs into analytical requirements and data‑driven solutions.
• Develop and prioritize analytics initiatives and roadmaps aligned to organizational objectives.
• Drive adoption of reporting capabilities, data products, and self‑service analytics platforms.
• Identify opportunities to leverage data and analytics to improve business performance and decision‑making.
• Design scalable enterprise data solutions and partner with architects and engineering teams.
• Define and promote architecture standards, reusable frameworks, and analytics best practices.
• Ensure solutions align with governance, security, and long‑term scalability objectives.
