Job summary

ComPsych Corporation is seeking a Senior Director of Data to own data strategy, analytics, data governance, and AI enablement, partnering with leaders to improve how data informs operational and strategic decisions.

This is a hands-on leadership role: you will guide a multi-year data strategy while modernizing legacy reporting infrastructure, building a data science function, and connecting data across the organization with strong governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data engineering, analytics, or data leadership with 4+ years in management.
• Experience migrating from legacy systems to modern data platforms.
• Hands-on or architectural experience with Databricks and Power BI.
• Built or scaled data science or analytics functions; hired first members.
• Strong data architecture, modeling, governance, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Own the data strategy and multi-year roadmap for the organization.
• Modernize the platform, retire legacy systems, and set engineering standards.
• Build data connectivity and governance across teams with trust and quality.
• Create a data science function and partner with product and engineering.
• Grow and develop a data and analytics team with best practices.
