ComPsych in the United States is seeking a Senior Director of Data to own data strategy, analytics, data governance, and AI enablement, and to partner with leaders across the company to improve how data informs operational and strategic decisions.
You will modernize the platform, migrate from legacy tools to Databricks and Power BI, build a data science function, and grow a high-performing team of data professionals while establishing governance and quality standards.

We’re modernizing our data organization – building a foundation that connects data across the company instead of leaving it siloed. As Senior Director of Data, you’ll own our data strategy, analytics, data science, data governance, and AI enablement, and partner with leaders across the company to improve how data informs operational and strategic decisions.
Bonus: familiarity with legacy tools like Crystal Reports or Oracle, experience preparing data infrastructure for ML/AI features (feature stores, data labeling, MLOps foundations), or a background in a product‑led or SaaS organization with data governance experience relevant to HR or healthcare.
