Job summary

Sedgwick, a global leader in risk and claims solutions, seeks a Director of Product Management, Data Science to define strategy for a portfolio of data science products. You will own roadmaps, prioritize investments, and deliver scalable, production-ready analytics that drive measurable business value.

You will lead Product Managers and partner with Data Science, Data Engineering, and architecture leadership to ensure governance, accuracy, and impact across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience in product management or product strategy.
• At least three years managing data science, predictive analytics, or machine learning products.
• Experience taking data science solutions from concept through production deployment with measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Set product vision and roadmap for a portfolio of data science products.
• Oversee delivery across product and data science teams, aligning strategy with model development and client outcomes.
• Establish governance for model validation, performance thresholds, and data requirements.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and governance teams to manage dependencies and risk.
• Lead lifecycle from release readiness to monitoring, recalibration, and retirement decisions.
