Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Director of Product Management, Data Science to define and execute the roadmap for a portfolio of data science products. You will lead a team of Product Managers, partner with Data Science, Data Engineering, and architecture, and ensure models transition from exploration to production with measurable business value.

You will drive strategy, governance, and lifecycle management while aligning with enterprise OKRs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Ten or more years in product management or strategy, with at least three years managing data science or ML products.
• Experience taking models from concept to production with measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Set product vision and multi-year roadmaps for data science products.
• Oversee delivery across product and data science teams with clear acceptance criteria.
• Govern portfolio lifecycle, ensuring governance, risk, and compliance alignment.
