Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Director of Product Management, Data Science, to define and execute the strategy for a portfolio of data science products. You will lead Product Managers, partner with Data Science, Data Engineering, and architecture leadership, and ensure models are accurate, well-governed, and deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.
• Ten+ years in product management or strategy, with 3+ years leading data science products; required.
• Experience deploying models to production and measuring business impact.
• Experience with agile development preferred.
• Experience in regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and multi-year roadmap for a portfolio of data science products.
• Lead portfolio planning to identify opportunities for predictive modeling, forecasting, and optimization.
• Partner with Data Science, Data Engineering, and architecture leadership to align scope and delivery.
• Ensure production-ready models with governance and interpretability.
• Own portfolio KPIs and alignment to enterprise OKRs and business value.
