Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Director of Product Management, Data Science to define and execute the product strategy for a portfolio of data science products. You will partner with Data Science, Data Engineering, and architecture leaders to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions that drive measurable business value.

You will lead Product Managers, set a multi-year roadmap, and ensure model governance, accuracy, and regulatory alignment while collaborating with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field preferred; advanced degree preferred.
• Ten+ years in product management or strategy; 3+ years in data science/predictive analytics products.
• Experience taking models from concept to production with measurable impact.
• Experience in agile development and regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision and multi-year roadmap for data science products.
• Lead portfolio discovery, planning, and investment decisions with cross-functional partners.
• Oversee delivery across product and data science teams and ensure production-ready models.
• Establish governance, validation, and performance criteria for models and data pipelines.
• Manage lifecycle from exploration to deployment, monitoring, and recalibration.
