Job summary

Community Solutions Inc. seeks a Vice President of Data, Performance & Technology to join the leadership team.

The role advances organizational effectiveness through integrated data, quality systems, and technology across programs and operations. The position drives performance, accountability, and continuous improvement by providing insights, dashboards, and tools to enable data-informed decision-making and contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (data analytics, information systems, public administration, social services or related).
• 7–10+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing data, quality improvement, or technology functions in a complex organization.
• Strong ability to analyze data and translate insights into operational action.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance measurement frameworks across programs.
• Track program outcomes, contract metrics, and organizational goals.
• Oversee data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for real-time decision-making.
• Ensure alignment of program practices with regulatory requirements.
