Enzo Tech Group is partnering with a Fortune 250 global organisation in the Food & Beverage / CPG sector to appoint a Head of Data Management. This senior, enterprise-level leadership role defines and executes how data is managed, governed, structured, and leveraged across a complex global footprint.

Qualifications

Significant leadership experience within enterprise Data Management, Data Governance, Data Strategy, MDM, or Data & Analytics.
Experience operating within a large, complex, global enterprise.
Proven ability to translate data strategy into measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the enterprise Data Management strategy and roadmap.
Lead and scale global teams across Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata, Master Data, and related capabilities.
Establish enterprise-wide frameworks, policies, standards, ownership models, and controls for critical data.
Drive improvements in data quality, consistency, lineage, accessibility, and trust.
Develop and mature Master Data Management capabilities across complex domains.
Establish clear data ownership and stewardship models across business and technology functions.
Partner with Data Engineering and Architecture to embed data principles in modern platforms.
Support modernization of legacy data environments and cloud-based capabilities.
Enable trusted data foundations for AI, ML, analytics, reporting, and automation.
Partner with leaders across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and customer operations.
Establish KPIs around data quality, governance adoption, platform effectiveness, and value.
Build an enterprise data culture treating data as a strategic asset.
Shape long-term operating model, structure, and investment roadmap for Data Management.
