Job summary

UW Medicine IT Services seeks a Manager of Integration Services to lead the data integration strategy across critical applications and interfaces. You will supervise architects, analysts, and developers while coordinating initiatives involving Epic Bridges, Cloverleaf, and HL7 in a complex healthcare IT environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, program development, and building strong partnerships with UW Medicine department leaders to deliver high-quality integration solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS or related field.
• 6+ years of Healthcare IT experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership of multi-disciplinary teams and large projects.
• Experience with data integration technologies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, management, and governance for UW Medicine's data integration strategy.
• Supervise architects, analysts, developers, and contractors.
• Coordinate data integration initiatives across Epic Bridges, Cloverleaf, and related middleware.
• Build and maintain relationships with IT stakeholders and department leaders.
• Lead projects, develop requirements, and manage plans, risks, and resources.
