Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative discipline such as Data Science, Bioinformatics, Statistics, CS, or related field.
• 8-10+ years of experience in data management, governance, or related role in pharma/biotech.
• Proven track record in defining and operating data governance in regulated environments.
• Deep understanding of R&D data and compliance (GxP, HIPAA, GDPR).
• Experience collaborating with data science and AI teams and modern data stack familiarity.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
