Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Director of Data Enablement and Reporting to lead the data governance strategy across R&D and ensure AI readiness in data assets.

You will collaborate with Ethics, Compliance, Data Privacy, IT, and business teams to deliver governance, reporting analytics, and Gen AI-enabled solutions. The role emphasizes building data quality, metadata management, and data lineage while driving data-enabled decision making and AI-driven insights

Qualificações

• Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field.
• 8-10+ years in data management, governance, or related role within pharma or life sciences.
• Proven track record in data governance frameworks & regulatory reporting.
• Deep understanding of R&D data, CDISC, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience collaborating with data science and AI teams; modern data stack familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with R&D leadership to deliver governed data products and analytics.
• Collaborate with Data Science and AI Engineering to build scalable data models and visualization tools.
• Establish SLAs and usage metrics for data products and dashboards; drive adoption.
• Communicate data governance priorities and value to executives and stakeholders.
• Lead analytics for Clinical Trial operations and AI readiness initiatives.
