Qualifications

• 10+ years in data center construction, structured cabling, or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Experience leading ISP, low-voltage, or structured cabling operations.
• Proven track record building and scaling operations with P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead launch and expansion of the Data Center ISP business across the market.
• Develop growth strategy focused on revenue and long-term partnerships.
• Oversee financial performance including revenue, gross margin, and costs.
• Establish reporting frameworks and performance metrics.
• Recruit and develop senior operational leaders and technical talent.
