Job summary

Vantage is seeking a Director of Site Operations to lead two data center campuses in a 24x7 mission-critical environment. You will drive safety, reliability, and operational excellence while aligning with corporate objectives and client SLAs.

You will manage budgets, lead senior teams, and partner with engineering, security, IT, and customer success to deliver optimal uptime and performance. A PMP/CFM is preferred and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in mission-critical facilities, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven success managing large-scale data center operations.
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution, mechanical systems, and controls.
• Familiarity with CMMS, monitoring platforms, and data-driven reporting.
