• Ensure availability and reliability of enterprise infrastructure with proactive monitoring and SLAs.
• Provide 24x7 operational leadership and incident response coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Drive IT operations excellence, governance, change, incident, problem, capacity and lifecycle management.
• Develop and mentor the operations organization, improve automation, observability and runbook maturity.
• Manage staff assignments, training, and project execution within budget and timelines.
