Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years in BI/Data Analytics/Management.
• 2+ years leadership managing BI/Data teams.
• Advanced SQL and database management.
• Experience with BI platforms (Power BI/Tableau/Looker).
• Understanding of data warehousing, ETL, data modeling, reporting, KPI development.

Responsibilities

• Lead BI and Data Analytics teams, set priorities and metrics.
• Develop and maintain enterprise dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
• Establish data governance and data quality standards.
• Provide actionable insights to improve operations and growth.
• Collaborate with Engineering, IT, and product teams on data architecture.
