Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with strong data focus.
• 3+ years in business intelligence or data analytics with leadership exposure.
• Experience delivering data-driven insights to executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive BI strategy aligned with company goals.
• Oversee data collection, governance, and analytics across units.
• Lead a team of data analysts and BI developers; mentor and coach.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance for tailored insights.
• Evaluate BI tools and promote data accessibility and usability.
• Define KPIs and build predictive analytics to forecast trends.
