Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a seasoned Data Architect to lead architectural strategy for Finance, Supply Chain, and R&D data domains. You will own data models, product definitions, and governance, driving scalable, secure data solutions across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with data delivery teams, implement dbt standards, and optimize cloud data warehouse performance to support analytics and BI reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data architecture, data modeling, and data management.
• Experience leading senior architects and engineers across multiple domains.
• Strong SQL skills and modeling on Snowflake, BigQuery, and analytical warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural direction across Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, and Master Data domains.
• Define data products and ensure enterprise data assets are well-documented and interoperable.
• Govern data quality, privacy controls, metadata/lineage, and security policy adherence.
• Optimize pipeline performance and Snowflake credit consumption for long-term scalability.
