Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking an Enterprise Architect to join the Advance Tech, Architecture & Analytics Team in Piscataway, NJ. This role will shape enterprise architecture across the organization, balancing technology design with business objectives to enable growth and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in technology design, implementation, and strategy, and can lead governance and interoperability initiatives while aligning with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years IT experience as an Application/Enterprise Architect with large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the Application Architecture framework, including technology, data, and security architecture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology solutions supporting growth and efficiency goals.
• Review new technologies to ensure architecture, security, and reliability align with Colgate's strategy.
• Lead architecture governance processes to ensure compliance with architectural vision.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
